In Moscow on December 10, the second half of VI Congress of the political party A Just Russia took place.

Before the start of the vote to nominate A Just Russia’s candidate for President of Russia, party leader Sergei Mironov made a statement.

 On December 10, the second half of the VI Congress of the political party A Just Russia took place in Moscow. Party Chairman Nikolai Levichev spoke before the delegates and guests of the forum.

On December 9, Russia’s Central Election Committee accepted a resolution, in accordance with the past Duma elections on December 4, recognizing them as having taken place and as valid. According to the CEC’s data, A Just Russia received 64 deputy seats in the State Duma’s sixth convocation (in the 5th convocation – 38 seats).

On December 4th, Russia held elections to the State Duma. Political party A JUST RUSSIA took the third place, with almost twice as many votes as at the previous elections of 2007.

On November 4, the leader of the political party A JUST RUSSIA and head of the party’s faction in the State Duma, Sergei Mironov, met with experts from the Valdai International Debate Club, which held this year«s meeting in Kaluga and Moscow.
